Christine Roque, Director
Christine is originally from San Antonio, Texas. After graduating college, Christine spent two years as a Mass Promise Fellow where she served with the BE SAFE Initiative at the AIDS Action Committee and Health Resources in Action – she is certainly a proud MPF Alum! Prior to starting her Director role with the Fellowship in July 2021, Christine spent 10 years with uAspire where she directed the MA high school advising program, supporting 30+ partnerships in the Boston area and 3,000+ students in their endeavors to achieve an affordable college education. Christine earned her BA in Psychology from Boston University. She is also a graduate of The Institute for Nonprofit Practice with a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Christine lives in Boston with her husband and two sons. She enjoys running, biking, hiking, and spending time with her family.

During her time at Northeastern Oliva served two years with Americorp’s Jumpstart program working in early childhood education. Olivia is passionate about educational equity for underrepresented students and is an advocate for just and inclusive systems. She joins MPF with robust experience in the nonprofit and education sector most recently serving youth and young adults with disabilities in Boston Public Schools and the Greater Boston area. In her free time, Olivia enjoys exploring Boston’s food scene, cooking, podcasts, running, and trips with friends and family.
Yuliya Lantsman, Program Manager
Yuliya joined as the Program Manager at MPF in May 2022. She has over 6 years of experience in managing nonprofit programs and over 10 years of experience in working with teens in the classroom as well as in after school and teen employment programs. Prior to MPF, she was the manager of YES’ teen programs, during which time she was the site-supervisor for 3 cohorts of Mass Promise Fellows. Finding ways to build up young people has been the main focus of her career and a lifelong passion. I am very excited to be in this new role to support all of your work to serve the youth in your communities! I’ll primarily be working on the data and evaluation side of things, so will soon be your go-to for everything related to timesheets, reports, and surveys. Yuliya also loves to read, considers herself an amateur film buff, and spends a lot of time outdoors—biking, paddle boarding, skiing, etc.
